Flexible shifts
Most organisations have more than 1 shift, varying for different departments. Time Manager Online gives you the flexibility of defining shifts and assign the same to employees for any period of time. Once the shifts have been assigned Time Manager Online can process the attendance and generate reports as required.
Variable shifts
Some organisation does not follow a structured approach to shift scheduling to manage the workforce due to their work environment. These organisations require a flexible way of working at the same time require accurate data on the number of hours worked by each employee to properly process the payroll. If the system is set to Variable work pattern then the system will report exact work hours for each employee and will not bind them to a shift schedule.
These structures can be set for a single location or across branches and departments as per your instructions. You can even choose to set a combination of these structures or all of them as per your requirement.
